He has served many Fortune 1000 clients in the energy, financial services, health care, information technology, manufacturing, telecom, and utilities industries. He has led Federal, State, and Local government engagements. Jim is a member of the Financial Executives Networking Group, Society for Human Resource Management, Society for Information Management, and the ERE.net Recruiting Intelligence network. Global Outsourcing & Consulting Provider: Placed five senior procurement & consulting professionals including the leader of the successfully won client engagement. Fifty professionals were screened, nine presented and five hired in less than 45 days.
Global Outsourcing-ITO/BPO Provider: Placed two senior BPO BDE’s whose focus will be on the Financial Services and Health Care Industries.
Global IT Outsourcing Provider. Placed two senior executives: VP of Business Development, Financial Services; and a Director of Outsourcing Consulting Services. Advised President on position descriptions, roles/responsibilities, and compensation. Interviewed 25 qualified candidates, recommended three in only five days for client interviews. Negotiated compensation packages and developed on-boarding programs.
Large Diversified Industrial. Placed a Director of Human Resource Outsourcing whose charter was to outsource most of their HR processes. The client asked us to work in secret, have no contact with existing HR executives, and not reveal company identity to potential candidates. We worked around these restrictions, and effectively sold the position to five qualified candidates on a no-name basis, our top choice being selected. We also negotiated the winner’s contract and compensation.
SaaS Outsourcing Provider. Placed new CEO to build the outsourcing business and increase revenue and profit growth. We worked with the VC firm funding the company and met their demanding requirements for a successful executive with impeccable credentials. This search was highly confidential as there were 30 technology insiders who felt they should be part of the selection process.
Large Chemical Company. Placed a VP of Procurement Outsourcing. We met the client’s demanding requirements for an executive with experience in procurement outsourcing as well as plant operations, supply chain management, lean manufacturing, and with a chemical engineering degree. We moved fast to find the best candidate, as the position was open to company employees and other recruiters.
