So, a piece of obvious advice for all candidates and clients is keep records………and candidates maybe create two LinkedIn profiles, if possible. At least in the short run. One in which your profile represents you as a person and the other that represents you as a part of a larger organization. May be painful and a bit time consuming, but may stay off issues later.
