Jim Rafferty – Partner Executive Employment
Jim began his technology-based career with IBM first in commercial technology sales in NYC, and then sales management. His main clients have been Fortune 1000 companies in the manufacturing, health care, financial services, technology, telecommunication, energy and utilities industries. Jim has held senior sales, marketing and business development and outsourcing positions in both public and privately held corporations and has led Federal, State and Local government systems integration Business Units.
As a Managing Director at Price Waterhouse, and then PricewaterhouseCoopers, he was a member of the acquisition and transition team that consummated the sale of PwC Management Consulting Services to IBM. He has authored several papers on developing strong and profitable relationships with clients, analysts and vendors. The analyst and vendor programs remain in place at IBM.
While working as a consulting professional Jim gained strong functional search expertise in the areas of production, operations, and global supply chain management. He has developed a passive and active leadership acquisition marketing program for his clients’ that has been used successfully to identify and place blue-chip executives in employment.

Leslie began her sales and marketing career working with American Express and Kerr-McGee Oil. She held several Director level positions with advertising and graphic design firms in the United Kingdom and U.S.
During her career as an Executive recruiter Leslie has conducted a wide variety of searches and placements for a diverse range of functionalities including Sales Marketing and Consulting, Human Resource Management, Operations, Finance, General Management, and Diversity & Inclusion.
Leslie has implemented on-demand integrated staffing and recruiting software and is expert in the use of internet sourcing for talent acquisition.
Kathleen Lawless – Partner – Diversity and Inclusion
Kathleen began her Consulting career in the IT industry. Examples of her successes include being named a preferred Consultant for SAS Institute and Siebel Systems, now Oracle. Kathleen recruited high level sales, marketing and consulting disciplines in each organization. She also placed one of the first Diversity Vice Presidents in a leading software company.
Concentrating in Diversity, Inclusion and Flexibility, Kathleen has placed within the Energy Industry a Director of Recruiting, Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Tax and Finance professionals as well as Global Vice President candidates all within a 12 month period.
Preceding her career in recruitment, Kathleen spent several years as an educator with a concentration in mathematics.
