We act as a glass conduit between the candidate and our client.  In some instances this means providing the candidate with a short-term highly visible professional contract management engagement.  These engagements often lead to full time positions.

We consult with our candidates regarding their career objectives, work-life balance objectives, workplace environment, skills, and qualifications.  Market Shapers ensures that each candidate’s skill set, cultural and value needs, and qualifications are in sync with the client requirements.

Prior to presenting selected candidates to the client, Market Shapers assists in fully preparing each candidate for the interview processes including all negotiations.  We will assist our candidates in the development of their resume.  We always provide timely, honest and constructive feedback.  Should the candidate not be selected for the position we will continue to work with and present them to other clients.

  • Candidate Qualifications matched against Client Requirements
  • Candidate availability for both phone and face-to-face interviews

The above documentation is presented to the client in an integrated and correctly formatted file.  This guarantees that the candidate’s information is protected and easily recognized by the client’s reviewers.
